Selfenlighten.com, and its two branches, The SEA Sanctuary and the University of Self Knowledge, is a non-profit organization dedicated solely to the purpose, teachings and support of Self Enlightenment. The Sanctuary is located adjacent to the beautiful grounds of Delphi University on a white water river in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia, where the states of Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina meet. The University of Self Knowledge is a spiritual school of The New Day, providing cutting edge and mentor directed correspondence courses to assist and direct others on the Path of Enlightenment. The Sanctuary not only provides a retreat center for our students and ministers to reflect within and continue their spiritual studies, but it also successfully completes the whole of Delphi and its purpose of Spiritual Awakening. The Sanctuary is open to all people who want to study, meditate, reflect, and experience its natural beauty. I felt that it would be helpful to express in more detail the complementary relationship of The SEA Sanctuary with Delphi University.

Delphi University

Delphi University is a private institution which offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Metaphysical and Transpersonal Psychology Studies, RoHun™ Spiritual Psychotherapy, Alternative Healing, Holistic Healing, and Alternative and Complementary Medical Therapies. Course content is experiential and is designed specifically for adults interested in exploring the human self in a liberal learning context. Delphi University offers numerous Certification Programs, as well as Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees for the career minded student interested in pursuing a Spiritual or Holistic Healing Practice.

Because Delphi University is a private institution, its small class size and experiential training helps to ensure that students have an opportunity to work closely with the faculty on a one-to-one basis. Delphi University students come from all over the world for the purpose of spiritual awakening, healing and learning to use their spiritual abilities to help and assist their fellow man. For over thirty years, the light of Delphi and its spiritually gifted staff have groomed and trained students in spiritual, metaphysical and Complimentary and Holistic Methods that are effective in physical and emotional/mental healing and spiritual transformation.

Students begin by awakening their Spiritual Memory in what is lovingly referred to as Boot Camp, the In-Depth Channeling Training. In this one-week intensive workshop, students accomplish what normally would take eight years of spiritual study and development. New students are introduced to elevated dimensions of consciousness and are taught how to be clear channels for the purpose of helping and assisting others. The student becomes the channel, and their channeled readings and messages bring spiritual confirmation, personal guidance, direction, and encouragement to the many people they see each day in their spiritual practice. During this week, healing and teaching skills and other programs are also introduced that assist students in furthering their own spiritual development as well as preparing them to open their own holistic healing practice. Through their class work and Internship Programs, students learn specific skills and methods, and gain personal and spiritual confidence and greater effectiveness in helping others to heal their pain and transform their lives.

Delphi students learn how to serve God through serving others. Currently graduates serve and practice throughout the world. Delphi University requires the completion of two Internship programs to achieve a Doctorate Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Complementary and Alternative methods of Holistic Healing.

The Metaphysician Internship Program is focused on Spiritual transformation through the study and application of various methods of healing, intuitive development, esoteric studies, energy therapies, and learning effective metaphysical healing and teaching skills and methods to assist others in both their physical and spiritual transformation.

The RoHun Internship Program introduces and teaches transpersonal and transformational skills and methods of emotional/mental healing. Students go through their own purification process and, at the same time, learn how to use their spiritual abilities to assist others in the cleansing, purification and healing process of the emotional/mental and karmic body.

Students complete their studies through Intensive workshops held throughout the year. The achievement of certification and degrees at each level of study assists students in achieving the necessary skills and credentials to support their counseling and healing practices and validate their teaching and healing skills in order to better serve God through serving man.

The SEA Sanctuary & University of Self Knowledge

Why was The SEA Sanctuary necessary to complete the whole of Delphi? This is a question asked by many. When one aspires to the path of Self-Enlightenment, their whole focus and concentration is on God and Self Realization. This is accomplished through the development and expansion of our Love, Devotion, and Service to God. Through our Love and Devotion, our aspiration to Self-Enlightenment is accomplished through the inner journey of self, overcoming all of its samskaras, attachments, and cravings, and progressing to the discovery of the Self seated in the Lotus of Heart.

Once Love and Devotion are developed to a sufficient degree, releasing personal attachments and cravings is necessary, and possible. This assists us in developing greater depth and spiritual insight in meditative states that direct the spiritual aspirant upwards into greater dimensions of Mind and Being, and result in the opening of The Divine Eye. Students of Self Enlightenment are able to work with other Enlightened Beings and Avatars (Embodiments of God that have lived on Earth) to fulfill the Divine Ideal of God Realization. Through their own Self-Enlightenment, they acquire the wisdom to renounce the attachments that continue to perpetuate a state of separateness, isolation, and suffering. The peak experience of Self-Enlightenment Studies is Oneness with God, a state of Being often referred to as Nirvana. Where the courses of study courses at Delphi are focused on learning skills and methods to help others, the role of the Sanctuary and the University of Self Knowledge are on God Realization and Self Enlightenment. And even though these two goals may seem different, the fact is that ultimately they are the same, for our own Self-Enlightenment adds to the collective consciousness of all mankind. The pursuit of Self Enlightenment frees the spiritual aspirant from attachment to results (fear of failure, winning, losing and competition), thus elevating their consciousness to higher stages of Devotion and serving with Divine Intent, Vision and Abundance. Attachment is surrendered and replaced with deep, insightful, and purposeful spiritual understanding of the Self and its Divine Nature and Mission.

The University of Self Knowledge, the educational branch of The Sanctuary offers a progressive and extensive Enlightenment Study and Training Correspondence Program. Students begin their studies with the 4-week Mystical Path Course. The Sanctuary also offers Enlightenment workshops, spiritual retreats and special events at our beautiful whitewater mountain retreat center. The Self-Enlightenment programs focus solely on the inner journey of God Realization and Self-Enlightenment. The Sanctuary’s Order of Sages and Adepts serve as Mentors for both The SEA Sanctuary and The Correspondence Program. The Divine Sequence of Enlightenment is simple yet profound: Enlightenment is living in the light through BEING AWAKE. Enlightenment is being fully productive, responsible, aware, and awake in the world without being caught in the illusions of the ego.
