The SEA Sanctuary is conveniently located in McCaysville GA, which is approximately 2 hours North of Atlanta GA, 1 1/2 hours East of Chattanooga TN, 3 1/2 hours South of Knoxville TN, 2 1/2 hours south of Ashville NC, and 30 minutes West of Murphy NC. The Sanctuary is located where the three states of Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee come together on the map.

By Plane:
Please fly into Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport. Airport pickup is available. Please contact us for details before making flight reservations.

By Car:
From Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport: Take I-75 North through Atlanta to I-575 North. Take I-575 North approximately sixty miles (I-575 becomes GA 5/515. Take GA 5/515 through the towns of Jasper, Ellijay, and all the way to Blue Ridge, approximately 42 miles. When you arrive in Blue Ridge, you will come to a traffic light intersection with McDonald's, United Community Bank and Arby’s. At this intersection, turn left and follow Highway 5 for approximately twelve miles until you come to the traffic light in the town of McCaysville. Turn left at this traffic light onto West Tennessee Ave. Travel approximately 1.7 miles until you come to Old Mobile Rd. Turn left on Old Mobile Rd and travel exactly 1.2 miles to Delphi Woods Rd. Turn left on Delphi Woods Rd. and follow the road eight tenths of a mile, always bearing to the left. The entrance to The Sanctuary will be on your left hand side at 872 Delphi Woods Rd.

From I-40: Take I-40 to US 74, just west of Ashville, NC. Take US 74 west to Murphy, NC. In Murphy, take US 64 West to Tennessee 68 in Ducktown. Take TN 68 south into Copperhill, TN. Go past the two traffic lights and go to the stop sign. Turn right and cross the river into McCaysville. At the traffic light turn right onto West Tennessee Ave. Go approximately 1.7 miles until you come to Old Mobile Rd. Turn left on Old Mobile Rd and travel exactly 1.2 miles to Delphi Woods Rd. From I-75: Take I-75 South to Cleveland, Tennessee. Take US 64 East to Ducktown, TN. In Ducktown, take TN 68 south into Copperhill, TN. Go past the two traffic lights and go to the stop sign.
